    Cleveland Early Learning Collaborative

    4K Paves the Way-Early Learning Collaborative is comprised of Cleveland School District serving as lead agent, with Bolivar County Head Start as a partner. The goal of the collaborative is to improve the quality and increase access to high-quality Pre-K programs for our four-year-old children.
