 Department Overview

• The goal of the Cleveland School District Maintenance Division is to ensure safe schools and protect the health and safety of all students through upgrading schools and improving school facilities.
• The Maintenance Divisions strive to provide a physically safe, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing environment conductive to the learning experience.
• The Maintenance Division inspects and maintains facilities, provides an on-going maintenance program to upgrade schools, and improves facilities maintenance.

The Maintenance Division is composed of Construction, Carpentry, HVAC, Custodial Services, Electrical, Preventive Maintenance, Plumbing, and Site Care.
