Vision Statement: 

 The vision of the Cleveland School District Office of Federal Programs is to support schools in the efficient and effective use of Federal Funds as a means to promote student academic achievement. 

Departmental Goals:

• Provide guidance and suppot to all stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of all federal programs
• Ensure the expenditure of federal funds is reasonable, necccessary and allocable 

• Use appropriate data sources to ensure that both school and district plans promote student academic achievement 
• Follow Federal Guidelines
