Hi, everyone!

My name is AK Vance, and I'm currently in my 4th year of teaching at CCHS. All of my teaching experience has been in the Cleveland School District, including my student teaching semester with Delta State. I've only taught English II, and it has been a pleasure to get to know these sophomore students. 

I want each of my students to feel comfortable, confident and empowered in my classroom. It's my firm belief that every student has the ability to learn and succeed. Becoming a teacher has been the most wonderful experience, and the students I've taught along the way are responsible for that. Let's make the 2022-2023 school year the best one yet!
